PM
Insight Executive Workshop

Brochure
Over the past 25 years, organization executives and other key stakeholders have
consistently described the same general "wish list" regarding project
performance:
-
Capability: People who are good at managing and
working on projects
-
Consistency: The ability to be good all (or
most of) the time
-
Predictability: The ability to initiate an
important project with the knowledge and confidence that it will be
successful
-
Visibility: The ability to see not only what's
happened in the past, but also what's going on now and what's likely to
happen in the future
-
Sustainability: The ability to create a project
performance system that can be sustained over the long haul with minimal
management intervention
You can achieve these benefits by developing the ability to
predict the future based on what's happened in the past. Specifically, you
need to be able to quickly figure out what's working and what isn't in your
organization.
PM Insight proves a way to quickly and easily determine:
-
Which projects are successful and which ones are not (based
on quality, cost, schedule and project customer satisfaction)
-
What's going on with the successful vs. unsuccessful
projects (e.g., what the project manager and team are doing, what tools were
used, what issues were encountered, etc.)
