Furthermore, each workshop must provide the opportunity to develop skills and abilities that will improve individual and organizational performance.
This requires that each of our interventions ensures the individual and organization is given the opportunity to experience immediate application of techniques to job related issues. It further requires that the organization be able to document performance improvements resulting from these interventions.
Experience tells us that skills will be adopted and performance improved only when the participant sees how these skills apply to his/her world. For change to occur theory must be translated into practical reality.
