assessments provide a baseline to which subsequent assessment data can be
compared.
How does it work?
The PM Assessment implementation process is simple:
-
Determine specific assessments to
be administered and target populations for each.
-
Administer selected assessments
-
Optional: Review existing project
protocols, best practices, etc.
-
Optional: Review existing
performance on relevant project metrics
-
Optional: Interview selected
stakeholders, including project managers, executives and project customers.
-
Optional: Identify disconnects,
process breaks, etc.
-
Produce summary report and
recommendations
The assessment process will begin with a number of on-line assessments included
in our web-based application (PM
Insight). The completed assessments will
identify specific strengths and areas for improvement. In addition, the results
may yield additional questions that can be answered through targeted interviews
with a cross section of key stakeholders (can be conducted in-person or over the
phone). These interviews will serve to expand on and reinforce the survey data.
