One-day sessions that help middle and senior managers begin to prioritize and manage systemic issues that will impact skill application. 

Session Purpose:  To prioritize and remove systemic and environmental barriers to allow employee performance to rise to a level that is measurable and sustainable. 

Outcomes:  A strategy implementation plan that includes timeframes, individual responsibilities and tactical steps required to address each systemic issue. 

Target Participants: Senior managers and others who can influence decisions on how the organization manages performance issues (e.g., middle/upper managers, top performers, etc.)
