Facilitator Certification
Have your professional facilitation staff certified to conduct any of our
workshops. We offer complete facilitator certification services for most
of our workshops. While there are minor variations from workshop to
workshop, the general process is quite simple.

Facilitator candidates participate in the desired workshop
as a participant to allow them to experience the workshop from the learner's
perspective.

They attend a train-the-trainer, where the duration ranges
from one to three days, depending on the workshop.

They co-facilitate a workshop.
We provide support and feedback during and after the process to
ensure a high level of facilitator confidence and capability. In addition,
we tailor the support package to meet the specific needs of each facilitator.
